Laser Removal of Acne Scars

The Fraxel®  Laser treatment is a safe, non-invasive laser skin treatment that can reduce or eliminate acne scars, resurface damaged skin and uncover the skin of your youth.

Remove acne scars from your appearance.

         No surgery required.

With the revolutionary Fraxel laser treatment, you can get …

  • Improved skin tone

  • Plumping of acne scars and surgical scars

  • Reduced wrinkles and fine lines

  • Smoother skin texture

The laser beam is gently and precisely passed over the surface of the skin, removing the acne scar tissue and stimulating the new collagen formation in the skin, resulting in the reduction or complete elimination of the scars.

This process of eliminating the sun damaged cells will also reduce the risk of precancer or skin cancer in later years.

How it works

With Fraxel Laser treatment, you get dramatic results without going under the knife. Instead, Fraxel laser treatment uses points of light to precisely treat thousands of microscopic areas of your skin. The treatment penetrates deep into the skin to remove old, damaged skin cells, stimulates your body’s own natural healing process, and replaces the cells with fresh, glowing, healthy skin.

Because the technology is so precise, Fraxel laser treatment works not only on the face, but also on delicate skin areas like the neck and chest.

Chemical peeling is a technique used to improve the appearance of the skin which is typically performed on the face, neck, or hands.

In this treatment, a chemical solution is applied to the skin that causes it to "blister" and eventually peel off. The new, regenerated skin is usually smoother and less wrinkled than the old skin. The new skin is also temporarily more sensitive to the sun.

Mild scarring and certain types of acne can also be treated with chemical peels. In addition, pigmentation of the skin in the form of sun spots, age spots, liver spots, freckles, splotching due to taking birth control pills, and skin that is dull in texture and color may be improved with chemical peeling.

Acne Control Peel:

This treatment is recommended for thick, oil and acne prone skin. This peel may reduce pore size, control oil production and exfoliate dead skin cells that clog pores. It takes about 10-15 minutes.
